Revo360 Technologies operates the Work Regista mobile application (the “App”) — a workforce attendance tracking and management platform used by various organizations to manage employee attendance and workforce activities.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that all personal and sensitive information is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws, including Google Play’s User Data and Privacy policies.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect
When organizations subscribe to Work Regista, their staff may be required to create individual user accounts. During registration and daily use, the following data may be collected:
Personal Information
•	Surname and First Name
•	Gender
•	Contact Number
•	Email Address
•	Password (encrypted)
•	Organizational ID or Employee Number (if applicable)
Biometric and Location Data
•	Facial Capture (Biometric Data): Captured for identity verification and attendance authentication during registration, clock-in, and clock-out.
•	GPS Location: Used during attendance logging to verify user presence within an approved work area.
Usage and Communication Data
•	Chat messages, file attachments, and leave applications shared within the App’s secure communication module.
•	Metadata such as timestamps of attendance and communication actions.
We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, cookies, or IP addresses.

3. How We Use the Information
Collected information is used solely for organizational and operational purposes, including to:
•	Register and authenticate staff under subscribed organizations.
•	Verify staff identity using facial recognition.
•	Track attendance using GPS and biometric confirmation.
•	Facilitate secure in-app communication, leave applications, and collaboration.
•	Provide administrators with attendance analytics and workforce reports.
•	Improve security, performance, and functionality of the App.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or biometric information with third parties outside the services outlined below.

4. Use of Third-Party Services (SDKs and APIs)
Work Regista integrates the following trusted third-party SDKs and APIs to deliver its features:

All third-party services used by Work Regista comply with international security and privacy standards, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 1/2/3 certifications.

5. Data Storage, Retention, and Security
•	All user and organizational data is stored securely in Google Firebase Cloud Storage.
•	Facial captures and other sensitive data are encrypted both in transit and at rest.
•	Data processed by AWS Rekognition is not used for model training and is handled according to AWS’s strict privacy and retention policies.
•	We maintain robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards against unauthorized access or disclosure.
•	Data is retained only for as long as required by the subscribing organization’s account or applicable law.

6. Data Control and Deletion
Each subscribing organization maintains full control over its workforce data, including attendance records, facial images, and communications.
If you are an employee using Work Regista and wish to delete your personal data, please contact your organization’s administrator. Administrators can delete data directly from the system or by contacting support@greenhealth.live for assistance.

7. Consent for Biometric Data
Before capturing or processing facial images, users must provide explicit consent within the App.
By proceeding with facial registration or attendance verification, users confirm that they understand and agree to the biometric data collection and use for verification purposes only.

8. Subscription and Payments
Work Regista operates on a subscription model.
All payments and invoicing are handled outside the App through secure channels between organizations and Revo360 Technologies.
No payment data is collected or stored within the mobile application.

9. Children’s Privacy
Work Regista is designed for organizational use only.
While the App is safe for all ages when used under an organization’s supervision, it is not intended for individual use by children outside of authorized workplace contexts.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
•	Access and review your personal data through your organization.
•	Request correction or deletion of your data (through your organization’s administrator).
•	Withdraw consent for biometric processing.
